SELECTION FOR MASTER AND DOCTORATE IN SOCIAL WORK AT THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF PERNAMBUCO – BRAZIL

The Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Social Work at the Center for Applied Social Sciences makes this Public Notice public, in the UFPE Official Bulletin and through the electronic addresses https://www.ufpe.br/propg and https://www.ufpe.br/ppgss, the rules of the Public Selection Competition and Admission – Academic Year 2022 to the student body of the Postgraduate Program in Social Work, Courses Master’s and/or Doctorate at the Center for Applied Social Sciences.

Registration if will be performed exclusively online through the link https://forms.gle/KRfWLT2iruR1iMSn7 available on the page of the PPGSS, on the dates provided for in the schedule: from 8 am on the 10th of November until 23:59 on the 10th December 2021 (Brazil time).

The PPGSS research lines are:

1) State, Social Policies and Social Work Action;

2) Social Work, Work and Social Issues;

3) Social Work Political Action and Collective Subjects;

4) Social Work, Ethics and Human Rights;

5) Contemporary Capitalism, Agrarian, Urban and Environmental Issues;

6) Social Relations of Gender, Generation, Race/Ethnicity and Sexualities.

Upon registration, in addition to the documentation required in the Notice, the candidate must submit a Research Project with the following requirements: – minimum of 13 and maximum of 18 pages, containing: project title, research line, theme, justification, theoretical foundation of the object, objectives, methodology and references, according to ABNT standards.

The evaluation will consist of analysis and oral presentation of the Research Project and analysis of the curriculum.

FINAL RESULT March 28, 2022

ENROLLMENT March 29 to April 1, 2022
