July 2016- Joint World Conference on Social Work, Education and Social Development (SWSD)
IASSW with partner organizations ICSW and IFSW organized the Joint Conference on Social Work, Education & Social Development held on June 27-30, 2016 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The conference was attended by more than 2500 social work and social development practitioners, researchers, educators and consumers from all over the world. Abye Tasse who received the prestigious Katherine Kendall Memorial Award-2016 and Mark Henrickson who delivered Eileen Younghusband Lecture-2016, during the conference.
